What is DBT?
DBT is an evidence-based treatment modality that was originally developed for treating Borderline Personality Disorder, but has been adapted and proven to be effective for treating a wide range of mental health conditions. As a trained DBT therapist, I teach clients practical skills to better manage overwhelming emotions and reduce behaviors that cause distress. We'll work together in individual sessions to help you become more mindful, cope with difficult situations, regulate your emotions, and improve your relationships. Our goal is to help you build a more fulfilling and manageable life.
